Evening!

I realise it has been a very long time since I blogged! So for that I apologise, but I have been so busy with A Levels and friends that I've hardly found to time to do anything :( I realise I didn't finish the 12 days of xmas and Im soo sorry guys but I hope you all had a lovely time and got loads of things you wanted. I also hope you are all doing well and had a great new years!

I only had the chance today as instead of going to Bond St. I stayed inside due to horrid weather.
I just hate rainy days, dont you?

But yeah, onto new things and new leafs!
I realise its a bit late but my new years resolution was to be more positive and forgiving!
I already am positive most of the time, but sometimes find it hard to forgive, so this years all about forgiveness and making sure I stay positive ALL the time, not just most! As I believe that negative feelings towards others make you a negative person. Of course God knows whats in your heart, but showing others and helping people can make a huge difference to you as a person.
So if someone has upset you, or done something bad, simply smile and get on with it. They'll never be the person you are if they do bad things, and you can know inside yourself you did the right thing!
Anyway end of preach, just wanted to have a little note about that! As I believe positivity is the key to happiness!

I also got my haircut yesterday, and for those who don't know me too well, Im well known for my long hair and its something that everyone compliments me on and knows me for! So I've gone from long locks to this..

It is a huge difference but I love it and so has everyone else so far! I also apologise for looking a bit eughhh, but it had rained and been windy all day yesterday too so I look a bit crap :(

I think thats about it for the moment!
Might be buying a new EsteƩ Lauder foundation tomorrow so look out for reviews on that soon!
Until then take care my lovlies

Once Again I Got A Bit Lazy..

Yeah the last few days I've spent more time sleeping and ogling (is that a word? Im sure it is..) over Simon from Misfits, which is probably my favourite show at the moment, as I have spend the last few days watching every single episode - sad I know!

Corrr I would (;

So sadly the posts have been infrequent, so instead of doing maybe one and not having time to do the rest and then getting even more behind, I'm going to do the last two days of christmas I have missed in with today's instalment to avoid missing even more, and to be properly up to date.

So for the sixth day of christmas my true love sent to me..

Some Batiste dry shampoo! I know it sounds odd for a gift recommendation, but these products are amazing. Whilst at my friends (which I mentioned before) I didn't wash my hair, but instead tried this out; and it worked wonders! I didn't wash my hair for four days, (my hair doesn't get particularly greasy anyway, and if I wash it much more often than every three days it gets too dry! So I'm not being filthy, I only missed one day :P) And it didn't look like it even needed washing, so would definately recommend this range of products!
I was also surprised at how cheap they are, as in my opinion they are the best dry shampoo out there, and probably the cheapest. All the range; except the brunette which for some reason I am unaware of is £2.99, are priced at £2.09. Bargain or what!
My personal favourite is the tropical one, but they are all amazing! And on my lid it actually says No.1 Dry Shampoo in the UK, which I am not surprised about.

So for a christmas present, or even something to take away with you over christmas if you go on holiday or visit family, this is perfect. And if you did want to make a present out of it, you could easily buy a few from the range and put in a nice bag with some tissue paper and glitter and ribbon round them to give the person a choice of a few different types, in a lovely wrapped gift!

For the seventh day of christmas my true love sent to me..

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, and a M.A.C 210 Precise Eye Liner Brush.
Again, these are products I have purchased and after using have found to be wowwww!
I never usually wear eyeliner as pencil doesn't give a smooth enough finish for my taste and the line is too thick, but I am absolutely rubbish at using liquid eyeliner. I find it really hard to use and if you make a mistake, your whole makeup is ruined, for the eye at least as it will be one of the last things you put on.
So for that reason I never really wore eyeliner, but after being recommended gel eyeliner, thought there would be no harm in trying it, and have been pleasantly surprised.
It is SO much easier to use than liquid eyeliner, but still gives off a lovely smooth finish and you can get a really nice thin sharp line if you use the right brush; which then brings me onto the M.A.C 210, which is amazing for using gel eyeliner. Ever since buying the gel liner, it has become my holy grail makeup item, and I have been wearing eyeliner every day since! It has completely solved my eyeliner issue and it is an amazing product. I purchased the shade Black Ink 1, and would give it 5/5 stars!
Again, it is a product which would be a lovely gift for any makeup lover, or a nice little treat for yourself with a little dosh after the big day, and maybe have some nice eyeliner in time for a new years party ;).

The eyeliner is priced at £15, which I think it is worth every penny for!
The 210 brush is priced at £13.50, again worth every penny, as M.A.C brushes are sooo good quality and last literally forever (the reason I bought it instead of the Bobbi Brown eyeliner brush; that and I wanted it to match the rest of my brushes.)

This is the product on! I think it gives a gorgeous line to the eyes and am in love with it (as you might be able to tell!)

I am also wearing my newest favourite nail varnish, which I purchased yesterday and is the Barry M Nail Paint in the shade 304 Pink Flamingo. I could go on for ages about how much I love Barry M nail varnishes and how surprised I am at how cheap they are, £2.99!

And now for the final day for today.

On the seventh day of christmas my true love sent to me..

The Misfits complete Season 1 DVD!

I thought seeing as it was the reason for me being lazy, it was rather apt that it should be my recommendation of the day (as my laziness has proved how addictive this show is..) As I have literally watched it ALL day long!
I would recommend the Box set with both seasons on it, BUT that one isn't out until the 27th this month and is only available for pre-order, and as I'm sure you have figured out, would not reach the recipient in time for christmas, so seeing as this is for a christmas present recommendation I can only recommend season 1, or a HMV voucher for the person to buy the box set with when they go shopping after christmas. Now I don't know about you guys, but I do prefer opening presents at christmas, so would maybe recommend just the first season instead of a voucher, especially seeing as it's priced at £8.49 even with £11.50 off. Which also makes this a great present idea as thats a huuuge amount of money off, so a great saving!
So yes, with 5 stars from me, this dvd is amazing and a great gift idea for anyone who likes Misfits, or who you think would like Misfits! So not just girls, this could be for guys, parents, cousins, friends, anyone :D.

And with that, I am finished for today! Sorry at the length of the post because of doing 3 in 1, but I knew  I would be tempted only to do one or two if I did them separately and wanted to fully catch up, so thankyou for reading and I hope you enjoyed this! I hope your doing well and take care guys.

(Also A Bit Late But Better Than Never!) On The Fifth Day of Christmas My True Love Sent To Me

Some St. Tropez self tan!

Rather self explanatory, this amazing fake tan may not be the cheapest product on the market, but certainly proves its worth for money in the results you obtain. Streak-free and brown toned instead of the horrible orange many fake tans give off, St. Tropez looks extremely natural, and the only time you'll get a streak is if you miss somewhere, as going over the same area twice doesn't matter!

Its the perfect gift for this time of the year, when unless you can get away on holiday, your not going to be able to get a tan naturally. So with any of these products you'll be able to have a healthy glow all year round!
Their website even has an online consultation, helping to decide which product from the wide range is best for your needs.; and they even include video's to help with application, which will help you to get not only the tan you want, but help to make it the best it can be aswell!

So I would highly recommend any of these products. I use the bronzing mousse myself (which has been given 5 stars on the Boots website), but any of the range would be very good quality and well worth buying.

Even if you feel it is a little much to splash out on a friend or sister or aunt or mum (or any female you know!) It may still be a little self indulgence to get with christmas money perhaps? Especially since in Boots at the moment it is save up to a 1/3 on selected St. Tropez items!

So here is the link to the St. Tropez site : http://www.st-tropez.com/

And here is the link to the St. Tropez items available at Boots:  http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?catalogId=11051&categoryId=4779&categoryParentId=&Ne=13&searchv2=true&N=4294963203+4294957125&langId=-1&pageSize=12&storeId=10052

And from a first glance, every item on the first page says offer on it! So bargains galore it would seem.

I hope you enjoyed reading this, again apologies for the lateness but I am catching up as fast as poss! And all will soon be back to normal, so hope to hear from you guys soon and take care.

(Couple Of Days Late But..) On the Fourth Day of Christmas My True Love Sent To Me

A Rihanna - Loud CD. (Once again I rhymed it ;D)
I adore Rihanna, the word love would be an understatement. I think she's so talented and gorgeous, so that'd why I picked this for the fourth day..and also because I've been singing what's my name for about a week straight..

We all love a bit of music at christmas and receiving a CD is never a bad thing, so it makes an ideal present to give. With Rihanna's hip, catchy tunes, I can't see many people who wouldn't be grateful in receiving her latest album. So therefore I can't think of many people you couldn't give this too, except those you know who you know don't like her music, so it is suitable for almost everyone :D. But even if you don't, its absolutely fine, everyone's opinions differ, thats what makes us human. Which actually I'd like to point out while I'm on the subject, I don't mind if you don't like Rihanna, I'm just saying I personally do, but its fine if you even despise her. Just don't make negative comments, because then that's rude :P

But if you DO like her, then it would make a great gift! And in HMV at the moment, it is priced at £8.99 instead of £16.99. Thats a huge amount of money off! That makes it £8 cheaper, so would make a great present especially if your on a budget!

The link to it is here: http://hmv.com/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?ctx=280;0;-1;-1;-1&sku=388639

So I hope you enjoyed this and I'm sorry its a tad late! :(
Hope your all doing well and look forward to hearing from you soon.

An Apology And A Bit Of A Rant (;

I'd like to first start off with apologising at the missing last 2 posts!
I was round a friends and there was snow and I didn't have time to post inbetween vintage shopping and pretending icicles were Harry Potter wands and jumping on an icy snowy trampoline (health and safety would have a field day..)! But I am home now and will do the last 2 instalments of the 12 days of christmas along with todays.

The other thing I'm slightly peeved about is the item I had in mind for fridays instalment of the 12 days of christmas. I originally planned to get the Pink 4 Friday limited edition lipstick from M.A.C but they were all sold out instantly and it was the last friday they were available. So sadly, it won't be the product for the 5th day of christmas, and I wont be reviewing it like I said either (as I don't have it, which I am mega gutted about!) I also wont be able to use it in the Nicki Minaj makeup tutorial I was planning to post on my channel, however I may still do one, but using a similar pink that isn't the Pink 4 Friday shade.

The little rant is almost over now (as I don't particularly like to rant)! Though all I will say is, if M.A.C know a product is going to be popular and especially if they were only going to make it available one day of the week, they should have at least made enough products to go round! Its extremely unfair to those of us who couldn't get one, as now we never will unless we want to pay ridiculous amounts on ebay (another thing I dislike; if you didn't want the product, don't buy it to later rip people off who do want it..) But not only do us as customers lose out, surely they do aswell? As we would have all paid a good £12.50 for the lipstick, so surely they're losing MEGA profits? As if hundreds of us lost out..thats thousands that they could have made, but didn't.

Well anyway, sorry for the rant, but that's just my disappointment mixed with a little frustration! I would however love to hear if anyone was lucky enough to manage to get their hands on one, and what they thought of the product! And even if not, if you also think it's silly, by not making enough stock. So hope to hear from you guys!

I also hope you are all coping well in the weather, remember to wrap up warm! (;
Take care for now

As I mentioned on youtube, the video was too long to post, but I couldn't really cut out any more stuff without taking out what seemed important, so have posted it here for you :)

Hope you enjoy and sorry for any inconveniences.

On The Third Day of Christmas My True Love Sent To Me

A cosmetic lad gift set by LUSH! (:
As promised this days present is for the lads. Its a lovely present to give to someone, and comes already nicely wrapped, so there's also less effort involved ;)
I actually bought this set for my brother, so can definately recommend it! You could easily give it to male friends, or cousins and maybe even dads too. As with the other two sets, its also really good value, as it is priced at £15.94, which again I believe is cheaper than the items separately, (plus it comes gift wrapped hehe).

It contains

*Prince Triple Orange Blossom Shaving Cream
*Bohemian Soap
*The Olive Branch Shower Gel
*Squeaky Green Shampoo Bar
*A Cosmetic Lad Moisturiser Sample

So thats five fab products all in one gift!
It also contains a 10% discount voucher inside (which I'm sure I will steal off my brother..)

Anyways thats enough of sets for the minute I think, so tomorrow's gift will be something a bit different! And as mentioned before, I have my friday plan sorted :D Until then take care!
